About Snaily

Mark was born in Florida and grew up in Michigan, in a suburb outside of Detroit called Troy. He and most of his high school buddies then went to the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor for college. After college, Mark moved to Seattle to work for Microsoft where he met the lovely Rose. After a little while, Mark got a job at Google, quit Microsoft, and moved down to San Francisco – the job proved rather short lived, but the San Francisco part stuck. Over the last two years, Mark would’ve been seen around the Plaxo offices, but now is the Program Manager at Tagged.

Mark likes to eat (yum yum yum), sleep (zzzzz), and poop (oh my). He also enjoys snowboarding, backpacking, biking, and exploring places with Rose.

About Rose

Rose grew up in Hong Kong and Sugar Land, Texas. She attended the University of Texas at Austin and is a die-hard Texas football fan. hook’em! Upon graduation, she was more than glad to leave behind the perfectly manicured tree-lined suburbia and move to Seattle. There she dabbled in web application performance & security in various IT groups at Microsoft before discovering her interest for program management. She currently lives in San Francisco and is a product manager for webmail products at AOL in Mountain View.

She enjoys listening to her ipod, reading and/or playing the ds while taking public transportation to work. In her spare time, she can be found traveling, at music concerts, trying out new restaurants, serving at grx, scrapbooking, hiking in the summer and snowboarding in the winter.

And of course, Rose is engaged to Mark (see above).
